History

The Faculty of Public Health (Branch 1) was created under Decree No. 4418 dated 20 October 1981 and teaching began in the academic year 1983 – 1984 in the building of the Faculty of Pedagogy - Branch 1, UNESCO. Branch 1 was then relocated to Rafik Hariri University Compound – Hadath at the beginning of the academic year 2005-2006.
